Gutter Systems

Commercial Gutter Systems

Residential Gutter Systems

Selecting a gutter system that functions best for your home or business is an important decision. Size, drainage design, capacity, and style should each be considered carefully.

  • Aluminum. Overall this is widely the most popular choice for both residential and commercial gutters. Aluminum gutters are available in a wide variety of colors, and they offer a great price point for your budget.
  • Galvanized Steel. Galvanized gutter systems are a common product for commercial buildings due to the cost, strength and life expectancy. The material is much stronger than the more common aluminum material, and thus provides a greater structural integrity for the life of the product.
  • Vinyl. Vinyl gutters are occasionally utilized with residential applications, but almost never installed on a commercial structure. This material is losing popularity with homeowners and may even be obsolete in the near future.
  • Copper.  Copper gutter systems are some of the finest available. The cost is much greater to install a copper gutter system, but copper can bring an elegant appeal to your home or office, unmatched by any other material. Copper gutter systems are usually found installed with higher value residential properties, and rarely in a commercial capacity.

Commercial Gutter Systems

Box Gutters – Most commercial properties will be best fitted with box gutters. This gutter style is often utilized between parallel surfaces, such as the valley between parallel roofs, or the junction of a roof and a parapet wall.

Box gutters are rectangular in shape and can be lined with asphalt, roof felt, metal, or even EPDM rubber roof material. Box gutters can be fabricated to meet most any size as well as a specific functional space. In some cases, the gutters can be concealed behind a parapet wall, a roof’s eave, or even within a roof’s valley area. Due to their size and large opening, they have the capacity to carry and disperse a large amount of rain water.

High Pointe is capable of fabricating, delivering, and installing any size and type of commercial gutter system that you may be considering.

Residential Gutter Systems

  • K-style gutters are formed with a flat bottom, flat rear-wall, and decorative front wall profile design, and are the most widely used residential gutter product on the market today. Formed on-site these gutters are molded with a front edge profile that mimics a crown molding style design. K-style gutter systems are available in a wide variety of color options to coincide with most any exterior paint color existing on your home.
  • U-style gutters are a half-tube shaped gutter, also known as half-round gutters. These are more commonly installed on older more elegant style homes, traditional style homes, and occasionally some commercial properties. These half-round gutter styles have an elegant, stylish look, although they have less water capacity capabilities than the K-style gutter design.
  • Downspouts come in a 5-inch, or a 6-inch, design option. As well, they are available in a round option. Round downspouts carry a cleaner look than their square shaped counterparts.
  • All gutter systems have available accessories such as leaf screens, corner-mount rain diverters, and downspout extension sections.

High Pointe is capable of delivery, on-site forming, and installation of all k-style and U-style gutter systems.
